About

Built inside the work, not above it.

MissionWoven was not designed in a boardroom. It was built alongside the daily operations of a working nonprofit, by an executive director responsible for making that organization run.

Every nonprofit leader knows the feeling. You are serving people in crisis, measuring outcomes for funders, preparing grant applications, tracking volunteer hours, and trying to stay compliant with the IRS, all at once, all with tools that were never built for this work.

The requirements were specific. Carry the complexity of trauma-informed programming. Protect participant dignity with a genuinely de-identified data system. Generate grant-ready outcome reports without a weekend of spreadsheet work. Track ninety-day and six-month follow-ups without losing anyone. Prepare Form 990 filings without buying a second platform.

Nothing affordable did all of that. The platforms that came close were quoted at more than many organizations spend on an entire program, and the affordable ones were built for industries with completely different workflows. So the system got built from the inside, tested against real operational demands rather than a feature list, and then opened up to every organization that has been told to make do.

MissionWoven is still run against the daily operations of a real nonprofit. That is why the workflows match how the job is actually done, and why the follow-up intervals, the identifier policies, and the Form 990 line items are where they are.

A weave is stronger than any single thread.
Participant data, program sessions, outcome measurement, community partnerships, grant reporting, and compliance documentation are the threads of nonprofit work. Kept in separate systems, any one of them can break and the whole comes apart.
What guides the product

Three commitments the roadmap answers to.

Priced to be reachable

The organizations doing the hardest work have the smallest budgets. Pricing is set to sustain the platform, not to extract from groups that are already stretched. Nothing essential is locked behind an upgrade.

Privacy as a default, not a setting

The people in these records are often in the worst moment of their lives. Full de-identification is a first-class option, not a workaround, and every report works the same without a single name stored.

Universal, never prescriptive

Your programs, your language, your outcome measures, your follow-up schedule. MissionWoven supplies the infrastructure and stays out of the way of your mission.

Come see whether it fits your mission.

If it does not, we would genuinely rather tell you that than sell you a subscription.
