How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial. You choose your plan and enter a card at signup, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

Cancel any time in those 14 days from your account settings and you are not billed at all. If you do nothing, the plan you chose starts on day 15.

What does the annual discount save?

Annual billing runs about 17 percent below monthly. Seed works out to $82 a month, billed $984 a year. Loom is $207 a month, billed $2,484 a year. Canvas is $415 a month, billed $4,980 a year.

Why is this cheaper than the platforms we have been quoted?

Because it was priced by someone who has had to write the check. Comparable functionality in this market is routinely quoted at several times these figures, which puts it out of reach of the organizations that need it most.

The price is set to sustain the platform, not to extract from organizations that are already stretched.

Is there flexibility for very small organizations?

Talk to us. If your budget genuinely cannot carry Seed and your mission is real, write to us and explain your situation. This platform exists because of that problem, not in spite of it.

Do you charge per participant?

No. Seed includes up to 100 participant records. Loom and Canvas are unlimited. There is no per-record fee and no charge for storing your own history.

What counts as a staff user?

Anyone with their own login. Seed includes three, Loom includes ten, and Canvas is unlimited. Participants and board members do not consume a user seat.

Can we pay by check or purchase order?

Annual plans can be invoiced. Write to us before you subscribe and we will set it up.
